Joe's Carpet Buyer beware - what you see is not what you get Inverness, Florida

 

Went to Joe's Carpet store in Crystal River. Stopped at this store because of all the customer service awards on the window.  Picked out carpet to be installed and received a sample of the carpet.  Carpet installed is not of the same nap or thickness as sample received.  Carpet install is inferior in quality.

Called Joe's Carpet  and asked them to send someone out to look at carpet.  They said it would cost them too much money to send someone out.  Lady on phone was screaming at me.  She stated that the carpet we receive is not the same as sample given.  She would not let me talk and refused to listen to anything that I had to say.  She was so abusive that I hung up on her. 

No representative has come out to look at the carpet.
