Do not rent to these people.  We so far have lost 2,500 dollars.  At first they were behind on their rent and we worked with them.  They were happy to just pay every now and then BUT when the time came to write a letter because the rent was seriously past due 3 months.  They up and moved leaving a huge electric bill, water bill, and the house a nasty mess with roaches everywhere.    I was told that the electric would be paid, yard cut and they would pay the rest of the rent they owe when they got their income tax money back.  RIGHT!!!!

I will never see the money because they have used the income tax excuse to probably many others.  They also left out on a barn they were renting to sell horses.  Of course they didn't pay that either.
