Johann is all over the internet trying to scam people out of their money with his new front called SPOTTCY. It's all an allusion. He wants you to believe he has a billion dollar idea that is ready to be discovered. All you are hearing is a fraud trying to convince you to give him money for nothing in return, except for heartache and vacant dreams of financial freedom.
Johann decided to start another scam to lure in new victims instead of paying off the victims he currently owes from his other scams. DO NOT GIVE JOHANN A DIME because you will never see your money back. His entire scheme is to set up a business that looks like it's up and running (he has done this several times before) and then collect as much money as he can from investors to "Take it to the next level". From there, it's LIES, LIES and more LIES!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO NEAR JOHANN W MONTERROSA or invest in SPOTTCY!!! You will regret it from the day he separates you from your money!
His last online app called BOOZCA. This scheme was almost the same exact set-up as SPOTTCY. He didn't even pay the programmers the fees he owed them "To take the company to the next level". He just took the investors money and kept it as a payday.

You have been warned!! Johann Monterrosa is all over the internet, including Craigslist, scamming people with his fake real estate and app companies. This loser has no real experience in either industry. He hides as much information as possible, changing his phone number and email accounts frequently in order to avoid getting caught by the government.
Beware, this fraud will continue to steal money from innocent people as long as he can!! He will tell you how honest of a Christian he is and that he will be as transparent as possible. He will go so low as to tell you about his fake personal family troubles to make you feel sorry for him. These lies are used to lure you in and fool you into giving him all your hard earned money.
Then the coward will set up a Promissory Note with his victims, which means absolutely nothing to him. Johann will act like he's going to pay you back over a six month period of time with interest, but we know this is the part of his scheme that helps him separate you from your money. His goal is to make you feel confident with a contract in place that he will pay you back. This can be further from the truth.
Once the six month period of time is up, Johann will avoid taking your calls. He has your money and there is no reason to keep in touch any longer. Please do not fall into the trap that other people have done. We know his tricks and what devilish things he say and do to take your money.
