I would just like to add that I have one of these Dream Horses from Bend, OR. Let the buyer beware! I am sure this woman has sold some beautiful horses that have excellent conformation, however the one we have has a grim future ahead. She does not stand behind what she sells and is no better than someone that breeds pit bulls for a life of fighting. That being said, stay away from this breeder. There are a lot of reputable breeders out there.

She should be stopped! Maybe a class action lawsuit. Anyone else out there with shattered dreams?

I lived in Bend, Oregon for many years and have had the opportunity to do business with Johanna Sutterfield.   They always went out of their way to allow me to visit the ranch, see their horses and their cute yorkies.  The horses that she breeds (and the few litters of Yorkies for that matter) are top notch and she is extremely selective in the breeding or purchase of new stock.  She has always been very easy to reach and even helped me with my many food questions.  She never once even had any issue returning my calls (I am now in Texas). 

I would highly recommend and be very willing to testify in any means needed to clarify the quality and professionalism with which they do business.  By the way, the Sutterfields also have owned and operated one of the most well known construction businesses in the Bend area.  They are also known for their top notch quality. 

I am saddened to read either of these questionable reports.  If you indeed had issues with your purchase, please support it with your atty's info or vet's statement with his contact info.
