I hired this company to repair a small leak on a home boiler. They put on a new gasket and the guy left. Later i got a call from the office asking why I did not pay him. since he did not ask for payment and he left I told them I would gladly pay, just send an invoice.

She said they will not provide an invoice but want my credit card, and would charge it when they determine the amount.  I asked an again for an invoice or at least a total. She hung up on me. Then, without my knowledge or consent the service man came back into my house with nobody there and removed the gasket leaving the system inoperable.  So before they came I had a house that would heat and after they left it would not heat. 

This company has no sense of customer service and questionable billing practices.
