John Ayala-ADP, John C Ayala - Beware the scheming manipulator.

John Ayala has risen to be one of ADP's seemingly most successful young executives. When I first met John he was Senior VP of Service and Operations for ADP Small Business Services, and though I had been warned by a female colleague about him, I was excited about my career at ADP and looked forward to working with everyone on our leadership team.  Needless to say over the next few years I witnessed as John Ayala manipulated both my co workers & a member of management which ultimately cost her career at ADP.  John Ayala is a real snake.

As an ADP executive, the expectations are clearly set on what is expected and what will not be tolerated, however for some reason those rules don't apply to John for some reason.  John Ayala embraces one agenda when it comes to ADP and moving himself up the corporate ladder, and that is what's best for John.  He is a compulsive liar, master manipulator and operates without a moral compass.  John has publicly badmouthed ADP executives for their "lavish" lifestyles, expensive boats & homes, yet swoons them when it comes to what he wants to achieve.  John has maligned more than one "management level" employee because he felt that they weren't "worth" their pay, yet I have seen him turn around and blatantly lie to save face and appear to be part of the team.  

John Ayala is a disgrace, both to ADP, and to those he has manipulated & used to accomplish his sick & self serving goals.  Shame on you John, shame on you.  John Ayala ADP
