Dr. Chrispens signed a contract for web design and digital marketing. We consulted for another company at that time. But when that company went under we were allowed to take over the clients for ourselves. We did this because we wanted to help them. Dr. Chrispens was one of those clients. We never had an issue with them for several years now.

Over the summer they wanted to cancel. They notified us after we already billed them. We told them that we would finish out the 30 days as per the contract and he would be good to go. He agreed and we continued to provide our services. The next month they tried to charge it back but we won the chargeback but since he used Amex all he had to do is file three chargeback’s and Amex will give him his money back. Meanwhile we are left standing with a signed contract and work that was done.
