I thought it a tab bit strange that $12.99 for shipping could not get the product to me very fast, choice the "RUSH" delivery for $6.99, which still takes over a week to get.

After reading online the Rip off Report, I decided I wanted a refund. I called 818-464-1650 - I was told they
can't reverse the shipping that I had to recieved the package and pay return shipping cost.
Then I called Fed X, told them I do not want the package to return to shipper. She told me the shipper had to call to reverse the shipping address.
So I call 818-464-1650 again and got Joe, he told me he would call Fed x and then call me back to let me know. Still waiting on that call.

Called Fed X again, advised I refuse the package and she was noting it so the delivery driver would see it and advised I put a note on my door of refusal.

Called customer care again and got Tonya, who said I had to call Fed x, advised I did and Fed x told me the shipper had to call them, which I know is turn I am a custmoer service rep myself and other delivery companies do the same. Thn she checked with someone and told me she couldn't call them, then told me I had to refuse the package at my door!

I advised I am refusing it NOW! And that fed x already knows I am refusing it! That I want my account credited back the $59.89! She advised when they got the package returned then I would get the credit less the shipping cost. This is has got to be the worst customer service I have ever seen!

You would think when it is Scanned at FedEx sort facility that they would see it is refused and return it before they even tried to deliver it.
They have not heard the last of me yet.
