Recieved amazing profit cd's. Read all the information and wanted to return them asap. But the return label needed a 5 digit rma#. There was a contact number. In fact there are 4 seperate number on the 5 brochures enclosed. It felt uncomfortable.
I e-mailed talktous@johnbect.tv as I was on hold for 45 min. A message kept saying a rep would be with me shortly but I could got to familytvproducts.com also. So I included that address with the original. Seconds later my mail was returned as user unknown. only for talktous.
So I immediatly e-mailed familytvproducts.com. I explained that I thought they were a rip off and wanted to have my money returned to my credit card ASAP. Also that I photo copyed all their brochures, e-mail correspondes, and will get a statement from my phone company verifying the time I was on hold, before being disconnected if need be.
