I have purchased this "John Beck's mentoring of America program"just a month ago and I have had 4 sessions so far.

At the initial sales presentation,I was promised that there will be highly educated coaches help me every step of way with coach hotline accompanied 5 days a week. All I have felt is that the coach is lack of education, enthusiam, willingness to help.Whenever I call to ask her a question,it is always an voicemail and no return calls after I left a message. The email response was the even more rediculous:"JUST CALL COACHING HOTLINE TO GET HELP" with no help at all.Called coaching hotline, nobody was there answers the phone, leave messages, nobody returns the call.

I was promised at the initial sales presentation there is a monthly seminar in vegas to meet John beck and also will be able to learn and buy lands with discount prices there and I can go any time I want. When I tried to register for attending the seminars, customer service had no idea what I was talking about, transfered me to coaching hotline, they couldn't do anything and gave me a number which wasn't reachable and then called back a couple of times, finally got a hold of someone who knows about the seminar and told me the program I bought didn't include a monthly seminar, when I asked her what kind of program does include a semniar, guess what she says,"well, that's a good question,I am not quite sure"...:("

When I activated the johnbeckland.com(landbank)trying to buy some lands with discount as promised in the initial sales presentation. There was no land, not a single one!Every single piece is all sold out!:(

Durind the time I was doing a lot of research on the county sales by using the information that "Johnbeck's property vault" provided. It wasted a lot of time of mine on searching parcel by parcel and it turned out most of the properties were already either redeemed or not have delinquent taxes at all.(Was not on the upcoming tax sale list):(

There were some student advisor who called me before the first session and gave me a number to contact him whenver I need,(sounded very friendly).I once tried to call him,the number he gave me is a wrong number!

This company is very good giving false information, wrong phone numbers for you to lose a lot of time, finally get fedup and give up...

I have never felt this hopeless and stupid!I want my full $6500 back!!:(((

I would indeed appreciate it if somebody can help me get throught his process!!

Best Regards, AJ

MENTORING OF AMERICA pays back $393,315.29 in refunds to consumers, is fined $25,000.00 and is ordered by law to comply with Utah statute !!

AUTHOR: Anonymus - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, April 20, 2007

Aj,

Next time you speak with anyone at Mentoring of America, tell them that you know all about the following:

That if they don't give you a full 100% refund, that you will hand over more proof to Utah investigator Ao Pauga showing that they fraudulently charge every person totally different prices (between $1,500 and $15,000) based on their credit card's available limits or available funds for the same exact John Beck coaching of 10 half hour calls and a few software Cd's. Tell MOA that you will let the Utah Division know that they are illegally selling the personal information of customers to their other affiliate companies without people's knowledge, consent, or permission for further solicitation and will prove it. And that you also will make it known to the Utah Division that all the land in the "Property Vault" website that they charge people $39 each month for, never has land ANY for sale. Every single piece of land on that site is always "sold out" and they never update the website. It's complete crap.

Next time you speak with anyone at Mentoring of America like the main customer service person named KAREN JOHNSON, tell them that you know all about this:

WHAT MENTORING OF AMERICA DOES NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW:

On April 4, 2006 the Utah Division of Consumer Protection (the Division) filed an amended complaint with the Third Judicial District Court of the State of Utah (the Court) against Mentoring of America LLC, John Beck Amazing Profits LLC, and Jeff Paul (MOA). Charges filed indicate MOA breached the settlement agreement dated October 28, 2005 by failing to file the disclosures required to sell assisted marketing plans; honor the three-day right to cancel; and reform its business practices. The complaint indicates that MOA violated the Consumer Sales Practices Act, the Business Opportunity Disclosure Act, and the Telephone Fraud Prevention Act. The Division is seeking: damages and restitution for loss suffered by consumers to date; a fine for breach of the Settlement Agreement; an administrative fine for each deceptive act or practice found to have occurred; and for an order enjoining MOA all acts and practices in violation of the Consumer Sales Practices Act, the Telephone Fraud Prevention Act, and the Business Opportunity Act.

The attorneys for MOA have answered the complaint asking the Court to judge that the Telephone Fraud Prevention Act, the Business Opportunity Act, and the Consumer Sales Practices Act as codified in the Utah Code are unconstitutional and that the complaint be dismissed without prejudice.

THE UTAH DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE ANNUAL REPORT RELEASED THIS IN 2006:

Mentoring of America
On April 4, 2006, the Division of Consumer
Protection filed a lawsuit against Mentoring of
American, an investment coaching company in
American Fork. Though the case remains pending,
Mentoring of America has issued restitutions
in the amount of $393,315.29. This amount is in
addition to those refunds made at the Division's
insistence prior to the filing of the lawsuit

AND JUST RECENTLY IN 2007 THIS:

As of January 10, 2007 the Utah Division of Consumer Protection ("Division") and Mentoring of America, LLC, John Beck Amazing Profits, LLC and Jeff Paul ("Defendants") stipulated and agreed to the following:
1. Defendants shall pay a fine in the amount of $25,000.00 to the Division;
2. Defendants shall comply with the notice provisions relating to the three day right to cancel as required by law. Additionally, the Defendants shall clearly disclose the products and/or services represented in their sales presentations as well as the identity of the entity that will be providing these services;
3. Defendants shall work with the Division in resolving consumer complaints;
4. the Defendant has provided information and documents required in order to complete its application for a telemarketing permit;
5. Upon execution of this Stipulation, the Division shall issue a telemarketing permit to Mentoring of America;
6. Defendants shall comply with all of the requirements of the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act, the Utah Telephone Fraud Prevention Act, and all other laws and rules administered by the Division;
7. The Settlement Agreement entered into between Mentoring of America and the Division shall remain in full force and effect except as modified by this Stipulation.

Add to this my personal Mentoring of America refund revenge tally currently at $85,597.00.

If you have done every single detail I suggested above, you can expect to hear back from Mentoring of America or a person from the Family TV Products LLC's (parent company that owns Mentoring of America) customer service department named KAREN JOHNSON ( 1-888-461-9029) soon. Have a tape recorder ready on your telephone and tape record any future calls with these people if they call your house. Especially that b***h KAREN JOHNSON , who likes to intimidate and bully my people of Ripoff Report that I've helped into accepting only partial refunds. Because of me though, KAREN JOHNSON has been un-successful in each fraudulent attempt and has had to issue my people FULL 100% refunds. I'm trying to get my people to catch and record her on audio tape when she does this, and then hand the tape over to Utah investigator Ao Pauga. That is why I suggest the tape recorder. She needs to be taught a lesson and fined.

Keep an eye out for a refund agreement form that might show up in the mail as well. This is what happened with me without any notice from anyone. Out of nowhere, I got one in the mail about 3-4 weeks after I mailed out my Utah complaint form with investigator Mr. Ao Pauga mailed overnight delivery. It was from Mentoring of America wanting to refund me back 100% of my money in response to my complaints with Mr. Pauga and other agencies just weeks prior after all attempts with MOA directly failed and everyone there told me that I would never get my money back no matter what.

DID YOU DO EVERYTHING I SUGGESTED AJ?:

Did you in fact do every little thing I suggested above with each agency and with your credit card company? It is important that you do so in order to fully maximize the effects of your complaints and increase your odds of a refund. Did you print out a bunch of other MOA online complaints and highlight the different prices each person has paid ($1,500 to $15,000) for the same thing you paid $6,500 for, explaining in each complaints that customers are charged different prices based on credit limits or available funds? Did you show each agency and especially your credit card company the news report video of the lawsuits in Utah, print out and giving each agency and your credit card company a copy of Beck's and Mentoring of America's BBB reports? Did you also mention in each complaint all the false statements, promises, lies, and other bull MOA told you to get you to buy, including the people's names you spoke with at MOA? Did you make clear the worthlessness of the coaching information and fake coaches that was completely misrepresented before the sale, etc? Yes or No?

JOHN BECK AND MENTROING OF AMERICA'S BBB REPORTS:

As of today, Mentoring of America alone has 393 consumer complaints filed against them with the BBB alone, and have been sued by consumers like us at least three times already. Not to mention the continuous fines given to them by the Utah Division of Consumer Protection since OCT 2004 for violation Utah consumer statutes. See my other posts or MOA's BBB actual report at ( bbb.com) for the full details of what the Utah Division of Consumer Protection has done to Mentoring of America since OCT 2004.

And that's not even counting the all complaints against John Beck or Mentoring of America's other two other infomercial gurus, Jeff Paul and John Alexander.

Everyone you file with needs to see and know this. Show them in great detail. Specially your CC company. The closer you follow my detailed instructions, the more this will magnify your complaint's impact. So don't leave any of my suggestions out.

CALL AND VERIFY THAT YOUR UTAH CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORM HAS ARRIVED IN UTAH 1-801-530-6601:

You need to call the Utah Division of Consumer Protection office periodically just to verify when they and Mr. Pauga receive your complaint in the mail. You don't need to stay on the phone and go into the details with them once your complaint is in. Just verify when they got it so that you know it's now in their hands and just let them go to work. Keep in touch with the office periodically about the status of your complaint, but also give it about a week or more from the time they get it, for it to be submitted by the investigator and for Mentoring of America to be notified of it.

KEEP IN TOUCH WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY ABOUT YOUR DISPUTE:

Keep in touch with your credit card company on the situation and status of the dispute you filed. Stay on top of that also. If you credit card company ends up reversing the charges and refunding you your cash, the credit card company then collects your dollar amount back form Mentoring of America PLUS a large fee as penalty to MOA for the charge back.

Hello,Annoymous in south California

I am getting a bit anxious about this process. Is it really all I can do is to wait?wait for someone to call me and give me an update? How long approximately should I be expecting to be contacted?

By the way,I also faxed them a "official request of cancellation and refund" to them.Does that help?

I will deeply appreciate for any of your advice again.

I was under the impression that you already had called them asking for your money back since you are already posting this complaint here asking for help. Call them and ask to cancel the program and request a refund if you want. Tell them what you said here, that you are unsatisfied with the program you got and you want your money back. I guarantee they will deny your request and will tell you that you cannot get your money back no matter what. They will also deny any fake promises or guarantees the sleazy saleman told you if you bring those up also.

Everyone there is trained to turn down all refund requests and they won't care what the guy who conviced you to buy told you. That's what pisses me off about this company. Only until you hit them hard with complaints do they comply. Call them and see this for yourself. You're going to see first hand that what everyone on this site has said about them is true.

Hey,Anonymus - Southern, California

I just wanted you to know that so far,I have done filing complaint with SEC.COM AND FTC.GOV,UTAH DIVISION OF CONSUMER PROTECTIONer and BBB.

Really?I don't actually need to call MOA to try to cancel the service?I only called last week to put my session on hold, didn't mention anything about cancellation.
So,all I do now is to wait for someone to call me to resolve this issue?

Thanks as always from the bottom of my heart!

Wish me luck!!

Jennifer,

Thanks for your kind words. I actually began to post, guide, and advise the Ripoff Report reader on John Beck/Mentoring of America last July-August. Just days after I made Mentoring of America give me my more than $7,000 back. Yes you are correct. I have been relentless in my rampage. Bottom line, they stiffed the wrong customer in me and now Mentoring of America is paying for it in the form of refunds to the Ripoff Report reader.

Folks, I guarantee that my "Mentoring of America Refund Revenge Tally" will surpass the $100,000.00 mark.

I am here for the Ripoff Report reader who want their money back from John Beck/Mentoring of America. I am not going anywhere. I am here for you. I get great personal satisfaction when you people get your full refunds because of my personal assistance and advices. You get your money back, and I get my revenge. It's a win-win situation for the Ripoff Report reader.

John Beck Scam

AUTHOR: Jennifer - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, April 15, 2007

This is mainly directed to Anonymus - Southern, California

I dont know what you do in the real world, but I have spent probably the last three hours reading posts dated all the way back to last October. You have spent a great deal of time investment to help these people who were duped out of their hard earned money.

I went over to informercialscams and found a ton more of peopple who got ripped off. Though I was not caught up in this scam, never recall even having seen the informercial (I don't watch a lot of tv anyway) and only innocently stumbled across this by accident, I commend you on your tenacity and determination to fight for truth and justice. You have been a GOD SEND to many people. Not that I wish to know more people are out there, but I do wish, hope and pray for this:

1. That more people come here to register their complaints
2. That you, personally do not exhaust all your strenght in helping
3. That people follow your advice
4. That you are succesful in reaching above your 100K goal
5. Someone finally shuts these people down.

I know in my heart, these same scam artists will pick up and start over under a new name eventually, but hopefully you will have the dogged determination to follow them and keep fighting them.... GOD BLESS and KEEP YOU SAFE.

And, AJ.... I pray that everything will be resolved very soon for you. Even though I am not involved, I believe in my heart you have the best coaching could you get right here with Anonymus - Southern, California

Take care ~ all of you

No, don't speak with Mentoring of America anymore unless Utah Investigator Ao Pauga tells you to. The time for talk is over. Just pull the trigger on them. Obviously Mentoring of America has been unwilling to give you a refund to this point, so any further communication or requests by you via telephone are a waste of time because refusing to give refunds is parts of how get trained.

SEND COPIES OF OTHER PEOPLE'S ONLINE COMPLAINTS WITH YOUR OWN COMPLAINTS AS PROOF:

File each of the complaints I said, and print out as many complaints you see on Ripoff Report as you can. Use Google to find yet more website like this with similar complaints. Highlight the different prices each person has paid for this garbage so that Investigator Ao Pauga can clearly see that Mentoring of America illegally charges everyone a different price for the same product and service. You want to prove that yours is not an isolated incident, rather that this is a sophisticated scheme.

Also, go to to the BBB's website (bbb.com) and print out copies of both John Beck's and Mentoring of America LLC's terrible reports which have over 300 consumer complaints filed against them. Send copies of these BBB reports and all other complaints you print out to each agency you file you own complaints with. It is so much better when you can give each agency solid proof of this ripoff. Show everyone you file with that news report video about the lawsuits filed against Mentoring of America I liked above and in a bunch of my other posts also.

Don't forget to also mention in each complaint all those fake, deceptive, and false promises you just mentioned in your last post. They told me all that same BS you mentioned almost 3 years ago. It's part of their training.

Don't worry that you signed the Enrollment Confirmation page. It would have been a plus had you not signed it and still had it in your hand, but it won't stop you from getting a refund because nowhere on it did it ever say anything about no refunds or any all sales final policies.

Keep me updated or I can't help you if you just disappear.

Unfortunately,I did sign on the "Enrollment Confirmation" and faxed it back to them.YES,the salesman told me that she promises I will make back my $6,500 in first 60-90 days guaranteed, Also gave me some kind of fake money back guarantees if I fail, that "I can't fail"BS statement like this.

Do I still need to call the customer service of MOA and cancel the service?I am having the coaching session on hold for now.

I will start working on filing more claims with other authorties this weekend.

Thanks again.AJ

#7 Consumer Suggestion

More steps.

AUTHOR: Anonymus - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 12, 2007

Ok. I read you response. I want to talk about the Enrollment Confirmation page. This page basically says that you are getting 10 half hour calls and a few software Cd's for the price of $6,500. It also shows your method of payment, dates, and the Mentoring of America company logo at the top.

On some of these "Enrollment Confirmation" pages there is a blank line asking for your signature. On others there is not. Did you sign yours when you sent it back. Even if you did, don't worry. Nowhere on that paper did it ever mention that you cannot get a refund no matter what. It also failed to tell you that you had 3 days to call back and cancel for a full refund.

Did the salesman tell you that he promises or guarantees you will make back your $6,500 in so and so days guaranteed, gave you any fake money back guarantees if you fail, that "you can't fail" or any other lie and BS statement like this? The tell these things to everyone they talk to in order to get you to buy. There are other complaints were these people have spent over two hours on the phone trying to convince people to buy.

If you were given any of these fake promises or guarantees that you will make X amount of dollars in so many days, you must say this in all your complaints.

You have done good so far. Have a tape recorder ready and tape record any calls from them if they every call your house. You might catch something on tape like intimidation that you can use against them later.

FILE MORE COMPLAINTS:

In addition to the complaints you filed with Utah and the BBB, you need to file these two other complaints at the same time. Remember alway file one of each for both John Beck and for Mentoring of America separately:

NOTE:

Make sure all of your complaints are in detail, mention the names of the MOA people you have been speaking with, all fake and false guarantees and promises, mention that you got charged $6,500 based on your credit line and that everyone pays different prices, etc. Make sure all your complaints say the same thing and that they match. Include copies of your credit card statement if you can.

FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST JOHN BECK AND ANOTHER AGAINST MENTORING OF AMERICA WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMISSION (FTC.gov).

Explain your situation once again just like you did on your Utah consumer complaint form. Again, make it clear that you want a full refund of your $6,500, and that all your efforts to resolve the issue directly with the company have all failed. That what they sold you for so much money is nothing but free general public knowledge and links to public websites people can find out about for free on line or at the library.

FILE ANOTHER COMPLAINT AGAINST MENTORING OF AMERICA WITH THE U.S SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION A.K.A SEC.(SCE.GOV).

Repeat the process here.

After the SEC receives a certain amount of complaints filed against a particular business or company, they will launch an investigation on that company. The SCE has recently done just that against a well known fraud pyramid scheme company called "Prosperity Automated Systems" or "PAS". The SCE has crushed, and shut them down and put them out of business for good just recently. I want the same to happen to Mentoring of America LLC out of Utah. If there are enough complaints, it can happen.

File another complaint with the Attorney General of your home state if you could.

File more complaints with any other agency you can think of like your state's FBI etc. The more the better. And do it all around the same time so that these complaints all land on Mentoring of America's desk at about the same time.

Keep me updated.

Thanks! ANONYMOUS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

AUTHOR: AJ - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 11, 2007

Hello,

Anonymous in Southern California, looks like we are not far from each other and I indeed appreciate it that someone like you here is helping so many of us to get our money back.

Actually, before I submit my report,I have already read some of the report/respond listed at earlier days. You,particular seem to be extremly helpful on this issue.

My situation is:

I did ask about the "cancellation policy" before the end of the conversation with that sleezy sales person.Because they would charge me first.I was asking me if I will be able to see a contract about all the service she just presentated me about and confirm if everything she said truely was on the contract. Then cancel it if it is not consistant.I think she did tell me something about 3 days after receipt of the materials. Then I got all excited to get the whole program started, didn't rememebr anything about going over a contract and confirming everything...And I did fax back the"enrollment confirmation after my first session with the coach. That coach really pushed me on this,so I thought that was what I needed to do since I have already received all the material.

This is what I have done so far.1).I have already put a dispute with my CC company and 2).I have called to put my sessions on hold. They temporarily postpond it to the first Wednesday in May and told me that I can call back any time to resume earlier or postpond longer.3).I have filed an online complaint with BBB.4).I have filled out the complaint form with Utah (followed the link on the report before you provided)and mailed it(included my CC bank statement, enrollment confirmation and my complaints).

What is the next I should do?Is there really a good chance I will be able to get my refund?I am so looking forward to it!

Please give me directions to have this resolved if you can.I am very confident in you since you have helped so many people on this already.

I promise I will keep you updated every step of the way until the end.

Thanks again.AJ

AJ Here's how to get your $6,500 money back !

AUTHOR: Anonymus - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 10, 2007

AJ,

I AM THE PERSON KNOWN AS "ANONYMOUS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA". I CAN HELP YOU GET YOUR $6,500 BACK STEP BY STEP:

You want to know how to get your money back from the fraudulent Mentoring of America LLC? You got it! Stick with me AJ. I will guide you step by step until all the money is back in your account. You need to read everything below if you want your $6,500 back. I WILL happen as long as you follow people like me who has gotten their refunds from Mentoring of America successfully. I know the process all to well, how they operate, and what REALLY works and gets Mentoring of America to give you back all of your money.

FIST THINGS FIRST:

I'll introduce myself to you later and what I have done against Mentoring of America etc, the people on this site that I have guided step by step to successful refunds from Mentoring of America in the last 8 months etc. Right now AJ, let's just get down to business and get your money back from these frauds:

YOU HAVE 90 DAYS TO DISUPTE THE $6,500 CHARGE:

You have a 90 day window to dispute the charge with your credit card company. Since you said you bought this garbage a month ago, you need to call Mentoring of America and put the coaching calls on hold because you are still within the 90 day window. Don't argue or ask for a refund when you call Mentoring of America. Just request they put the coaching calls on hold until you call them back to resume. Don't explain why or anything to them. Then call and dispute the $6,500 charge with your credit card company. Print out a bunch of the complaints against them on this site and show them that they are a fraud charging every person a different price varying by the thousands for the same exact thing. Tell them that this company fraudulently charged you a price of $6500 for this garbage based on your card's available credit line. Read more complaints against them on Ripoff Report and you will realize that no two people pay the same price for this same coaching program and the exact same 30 minute calls.

The prices will range from $1,500 to $15,000 for the same John Beck 30 minute coaching calls and program. This is fraud and you must let your CC company know this. Show them all the complaints that are on this site about them as proof. Show them their terrible BBB rating with over 300 consumer complaints. Also show your credit card company this news report video that shows the lawsuits people have filed against Mentoring of America for fraud in Utah:

Copy and paste:

www.wkrc.com/mediacenter/?videoId=10945=9

Wait for the commercial to end, and the story video will begin to play. Show your credit card company this news coverage as proof of this company's fraudulent business practices.

THE UTAH TELEPHONE FRAUD PREVENTION ACT:

By Utah state law and the Utah Telephone Fraud Prevention Act, you have 3 days to cancel when you get the coaching materials in the mail no matter what anyone at Mentoring of America tries to tell you about any "all sales final" or any BS like that. You are obviously past that 3 days. But here is the kicker. If the Mentoring of America salesman convinced you to pay $6500 over the phone for this NEVER told you that you had 3 days to call back and cancel for a refund once your materials arrived, they have just violated Utah statute.

The Utah Telephone Fraud Prevention Act says that if they failed to tell you over the telephone that you had a 3 day right to cancel for a full refund once your coaching Cd's arrived, your right to cancel will be extended to 90 days instead of 3 for that. If this is the case with you AJ, this will put you in a 90 window in which Mentoring of America MUST honor your request to cancel and issue you back your full $6500 by Utah statute and by the Telephone Fraud Prevention act that they have already been fined and punished in the past for violating by the Utah Division of Consumer Protection. Then all you will have to do is file a complaint form with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection for a full refund, and Mentoring of America will have to comply to your request. Keep reading.

Here is the Telephone Fraud Prevention Act and what it says Mentoring of America can't do:

Mentoring of America has been sued at least 3 times.

AJ REPORT BACK AND KEEP ME UDATED OFTEN IF YOU WANT MY FULL ASSISTANCE:

Report back AJ and tell me weather or not the sleazy salesman who go you to buy at $6,500 failed to tell you about the 3 day right to cancel for a full refund. Your answers will determine my next instructions to you and the way in which you will have to fight for the refund. Now you have your work cut out.

I can help you which ever way this goes AJ. I have a wealth of detailed steps, information, and first hand knowledge to help get you your money back. I don't want to overwhelm you with too much info at one time or steps that don't apply in your case. So report back AJ and tell me what the situation is so that I can give you your next instructions and go from there.

The so-called highly trained coach seems to be lack of knowledge and professional side of experience

AUTHOR: AJ - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 10, 2007

Mentoring of America charged me $6500 and failed to deliver all the service initially promised at the sales presentation. Plus the false information and wrong phone numbers provided constanly during the program by the customer services/coaching hotlines and student advisors.

1. Proactive Coaching:
The so-called highly trained coach seems to be lack of knowledge and professional side of experience, lack of enthusiasm and willingness to be helpful, plus the coaching session hasn't been going according to the coaching session outline. It is only up to 40% information is covered at the coach session. All coach does is to stuff you with a bunch of information within 20 minutes and rush you to finish it and wait for the next session next week. The coach doesn't answer the phone calls whenever it is needed to call her and do not reply the emails with answers to me either.

2. Hotline Advisor
The coach hotline isn't that friendly when I call and don't seem to be able to provide with satisfied answers. Most of times, nobody is there answering phone calls, nobody calls me back after left messages.

3. Property Vault Access
"Johnbeck's propertyvault".I spent a lot of time doing research on the tax sale list provided by that website, and most of the properties are not eligible for tax sale(either redeemed, withdrew, or never had delinquent taxes before they put together the lists)Plus I have found exactly same information and tax sale lists on the free access public website, not what John beck put together as they said they were in the sales presentation.

4.Landbank Access
"Johnbeckland.com" I was promised there always will be land for sale with discount price. I have never actually seen a piece of land available for sale on that site so far, it always shows" sold out" on every single piece of property.

4. Tax Consultation
John beck sold our names and contacts out to another company" strategic financial services" to charge me $2200 to set up a LLC in Wyoming which turns out only costs$100 if I file with the county on my own. Did not do any good on the tax session rather than getting me enrolled their service.

5. Real Estate Essentials Guide and 6.Real Estate Introduction Guide
They are basically general public information you can find online easily if you just google it.

6. Internet Success CD-ROM
This CD -Rom is a silly production which was video record some guy who was working with his computer, how he bids on the website, simply some general common sense plus the quality is horrible with blurry screen, not a helpful tool at all from the start to the end.

Looks like All the service included in the enrollment confirmation has failed to be delivered as promised initially in the sales presentation and end up badly and most diapointing!

I need a full refund of my $6500.Nothing less than that!
