UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH OR HIRE THIS CROOK!! HE IS A DIRTY, ROTTEN SCOUNDREL!!!!

This August marks the second anniversary of the hoodwinking I personally took from John W. Benson and Michael P. Harvey. The company in which I was an investor loaned Mr. Benson and his associates almost $2 million dollars for one year, with a certain collateralized mortgage obligation posted as collateral (CUSIP# 74922KAY1). The loan was facilitated through a company in California.

Mr. Benson and his associates defaulted on the loan and never made good on their continued promises to pay. Mr. Benson, when confronted with the default and repayment, made representations that he "was at the bank sending the wire" or "sending the wire later in the day" or "will take care of it when I return from London" or some other ridiculous promise. Promises that to this day have not been fulfilled.

Further investigation by the principals of the company and other authorities have now uncovered additional facts regarding the security that was issued as collateral. Come to find out, Mr. Benson never owned the security as indicated in numerous documents. He defaulted on his agreement to purchase it from its rightful owner and never told our company principals that the collateral had been compromised or just plain did not exist as security for the loan.

Our group of investors is currently working with authorities in three countries, the State of California and the State of Arizona, as well as FINRA, the SEC and the FBI to round up these criminals who have defrauded me and others out of millions of dollars.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER TALKING TO THIS SMOOTH TALKING ENGLISHMAN. HE IS A PIECE OF TRASH.
