A gentleman with a thick accent called from 8764380569 and claimed to be a representative of publishers clearing house and asked if i had recieved the notification in the mail.  I never enter contests like this so i answered "no" and he informed me that i had won a new car and 2.5 mil dollars.  He then informed me that the money was tax free and the federal taxes on the car where paided and i just needed to pay the state taxes of $899 by purchasing a "green dot money pack scratch card" which i had to turn over to his representative before getting the car and the money.  When i informed him that state taxes where due at the end of the year his story started to fall apart.  During the call we did agree on a navy blue mercadies and meeting at a walgreens, but he had trouble explaining how it would take 2 hours to travel 5 miles.  The phone number he gave for the call back was 8765307274 and the name he gave was John Berry
