It looks as if John Borzellino, (aka: John Ross, Joey Grace) is at it again! He is supposed to speak in Arlington Texas at a Real Estate club about Lease Purchase. All I have to say is this.
Anyone who gets involved with this scam artist will loose every penny you have and he will walk away without a care in the world! He makes excuses for everything. He will never put anything in writing that has to do with him paying you anything. he will take all of your retirement, 401K money, anything he can get his hands on and run! This is coming from someone who had that exact same thing happen to him and his family. If you want to know more. I will be more than happy to respond to any email that I recieve. John Borzellino is a crook, scam artist, scum bag piece of crap!!!!
