John Cheadle & Mr. Christy John Cheadle & Mr. Christy John Cheadle & Mr. Christy Unethical practices Nashville Tennessee

I received a letter from another lawyer's office stating someone was filing a lawsuit against me. I did my research and figured out it was John Cheadle. I have never been contacted by Cheadle about any collection, according to the fair credit reporting act, I should have been contacted about said collection before it came to this. Not a letter not a phone call haven't even been served a summons. Cheadle use a processor instead of having the sheriff deliver summons (county clerk gave me that info) Cheadle's processors name is bill or will Christy. Christy came to my house with a paper work and apparently I wasn't home instead of leaving his cards on my door he leaves them in my mailbox, which is a federal offense. I show up to court to play nice even tho I was never served. His wife or daughter was the attorney there to handle their matters. I go into the room to speak with her and she wouldn't even explain the dispute process to me. Isn't it my due process to understand the terms and conditions that go along with the choice? From the looks of this site and other things I have read Cheadle should be disbarred for unethical practices!
