I originally bought a John Deere mower in 2004 and from the get go it was a total piece of junk. I took it back to Home Depot and they said that it was under warranty by John Deere and if there was an issue it had to be satisfied by an auth. John Deere Service Dept. Low and behold I took it to PALMETTO LAWN & LEISURE and what they call fixing, I call rigging! The mower would work for a while, then once again break down. They would rig it again, and then it would break down. This just continued and continued. Well, I am just here to say if you have a problem, I would not use them and to be honest I wouldn't buy a John deere period. There are much better mowers at a much better value. All in all, Deere gets 1 star! THEY SUCK!
