This guy pushes the envelope of legality he claims to be an assignee of record which in most cases he is not which makes what he does gray area.
He is a big mouth very threatening and is terribly arrogant he claims to be good at what he does but he simply intimidates all he debtors. if you allow him he will get under your skin but just remember he is full of hot air.
He has claimed ot capture a cessna on a judgement debtor wow back in 2008 big deal what have you done lately.
He tried to collect a judgement against me and did nothing but waste his money on useless bank levies (like a guy with a judgement keeps lots of money in the bank DUH) way to go John wasting your clients money.
where he gets the information to determine where you have a bank account is he simply checks chek systems its kinda like an inquiry on a credit report he thinks he is so sneaky.
he pays some poor schmuck to follow you once in a while like any moron couldnt see the schmucks he uses to follow you or take pictures of your house and your cars.
If he comes after you just outsmart him its not that tough to do he has left me alone now for some time. but he is like a fly he will come back around dont let your guard down or the little pint size pompus puke will get your 15.00 in the bamk..

The Reporting Party, "Terence" of Laguna Hills, California is a phantom name to me and my company, as no one of that name appears in our files. First of all, Mr. Phantom, if you think that the law has been broken, please report same to the proper authorities. Many of your statements are false and misleading. I have filed and appeared as Assignee of Record in numerous court cases all over California since 1982. There is not a judge or attorney who has challenged me as an assignee of record, because I operate within State and Federal law. Mr. Phantom, I come after Judgment Debtors such as yourself. When you fail to pay your adjudged debts, I am the person retained to enforce the judgment against you.
Idid in fact seize a 414A twin-engine, Cessna airplane on court turnover order within 18 days ofreceiving the casefrom a self-styled Preacher who was hiding the plane under a corporate name. I then had possession and control of the airplane. Since then, I have had many successful court-approved property seizures, bank levies, and other judgment enforcement actions.Inumber among my clientelemany high profile entertainment figures, law firms,and Fortune 500 companies to whom confidentiality is important.For privacy considerations, I cannot provide details on most of the work that I do. I cite the Cessna plane on thewebsite because that client encouraged me to do so. TheCessnaseizureillustrates how rapidlyI move to enforce judgments assigned to me.
