Fastevictionservice.com aka John Mark Edward Bouzane Esq. State Bar #079804 has finally and recently been Disciplined by the California State Bar Association which has been long over due in our opinion. He runs a Eviction Mill Service often times his clients consist of Slum Lords who are operating their Rentals Below Code, Not Licensed, License Suspended or Corporate Status Revoked/Suspended. Most Times Tenants are intimidated and never check into whether Bouzane's Clients Actually have the right to sue in the 1st place and neither does Bouzane or his office. His site Fastevictionservice.com makes numerous false representations such as he has been in business since 1979. Untrue! He was 1st Licensed in 1978 but on 01/01/1985 his License Became Inactive and was not Active again until 09/02/1988. If his statement on his site is true then it means he was practicing law during that time without being properly licensed himself. Recently on 06/12/2008 he was Disciplined and placed on Probation by the California State Bar Association (long over due in my opinion) under Case No. 06-O-11921. If you are a Tenant and feel you have been unfairly, unjustly treated by your Landlord. If you are a Tenant who has been forced to live in uninhabitable conditions at the hands of a Slum Lord until you can move, If you are a Tenant who is being unjustly evicted/harassed/intimidated or feel it is you who deserve damages from your Landlord do not be intimidated by this Attorney and his Deceptive Practices both upon the General Public and the Court. Know your Rights, Get the facts on your Landlord and His Clients to see if their hands are clean or if they even have the right to bring the action, because if you don't no one else will. See if they actually own the property, if they are holding title in the name of a corporation check their corporate status, if they are required to be Licensed in your State - City - County see if they are and is it current (just a few). Many States have placed these safe guards to hold Slum Lords Accountable. Just because someone has Esq at the back of their name does not make them all powerful, above or exempt from the laws and codes, it doesn't mean they are honest or truthful, it does not guaranteed they are of good character. Don't Be Bullied!

S161735 BOUZANE ON DISCIPLINE
Recommended discipline imposed
It is ordered that JOHN MARK EDWARD BOUZANE, State Bar No. 79804, be suspended from the practice of law for two years and until he shows proof satisfactory to the State Bar Court of his rehabilitation, present fitness to practice and present learning and ability in the general law pursuant to standard 1.4(c)(ii) of the Standards for Attorney Sanctions for Professional Misconduct, that execution of the suspension be stayed, and that he be placed on probation for two years subject to the conditions of probation recommended by the Hearing Department of the State Bar Court in its Order Approving Stipulation filed on January 23, 2008. It is further ordered that he take and pass the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination within one year after the effective date of this order. (See Segretti v. State Bar (1976) 15 Cal.3d 878, 891, fn. 8.) Costs are awarded to the State Bar in accordance with Business and Professions Code section 6086.10 and one-half of said costs must be paid with membership fees for the years 2009 and 2010. It is further ordered that if JOHN MARK EDWARD BOUZANE fails to pay any installment of disciplinary costs within the time provided herein or as may be modified by the State Bar Court pursuant to section 6086.10, subdivision (c), the remaining balance of the costs is due and payable immediately unless relief has been granted under the Rules of Procedure of the State Bar of California (Rules Proc. of State Bar, rule 286.) The payment of costs is enforceable both as provided in Business and Professions Code section 6140.7 and as a money judgment.
