john ellis-living ware machines johnelliswater.com, i became a distributor for this man(john,jack ellis)in 2009.started small bus.,2 salesmen,cards ,website,etc...,anyway everything was fine for couple weeks,then the"medical quality machines",started b shohola, Pennsylvania

these machines are a HAZARD,especially to people who are already medically compromised!!!!!!!!power cord strain-relief wll SPIN  in place,causing inside wires to fray!!mine shorted out with-in 2 months of purchase!! i replaced their connectors w/ones i purchased and soldered the splice inside machine,this corrected these problems.the strain-relief and supplies cost only 27 CENTS!!!--------after these repairs,the gasket inside heater chamber started leaking,causing steam to corrode all inside wiring,etc...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!the parts inside are of different METALS!causing uneven expansion and contraction,(WATER-leak).tryed to order new washers from j.ellis,told me to wrap thread tape on S.S nut!(this is inside chamber that your WATER is processed)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i have stiil ordered a few of his machines since,but have to repair them,before i feel safe about selling this JUNK.the WATER has HELPED me tremendously!!!       THIS WATER IS THE ANSWER TO A HOST OF MEDICAL PROBLEMS,I AM LIVING PROOF!!! ,BUT THESE MACHINES ARE NOT SAFE!!!!!!!!!

                                           P.S.---i did contact mr.ELLIS,sent pics,talked on phone, e-mails,6 months later,same old JUNK,BEING SHIPPED TO YOUR HOUSE.
