If the owner of the now defunct company is so honest and dependable why haven't you paid any of the money that 2 judges have said you owe. As to calling me names I really don't care what you think. As to whether I am lying about other suits a review of records shows other suits including by the state departmemt of revenue. So instead of praying how about paying! Go ahead people and check the BBB as he suggests.

We were in Business for 9 years as Smoky Mountain Iron Works.. We had three complaints that were reported to the Better Business Bureau in which Mark was one.. In reveiwing his complaint they ruled in my favor and closed it.After he had been out to fix it on multiple times . He file a faud case against us saying that the gate operator did not work and he demanded that i did it up and give him the total money he paid back or he would sue.. The gate was placed in Concret post and worked perfectly.. The operator was purchased for him with a 2 year warranty. When we installed the gate it worked fine. He called us on two occasions within the first two months and we went out and made adjustments to it.. Each time he went into the box and would change timer so it would not work right. He indeed filed suit and after his lies about it never working after it was up for 6 months he won..ever though the product was under warranty he was awarded the money for it. I felt that the it was between him and the company it was purchase from. So we appealed, durring this time the company went out of business because of the economy.. He is lying about other suits and we always delivered good service to all our customers check with the BBB. Or the hundreds of good honest people in East Tennessee about our work and honesty.. All he had to do was return operator for a replacement but he a hard heading red neck from Harriman that can say anything that he wants to lie about. I offer him a fix and he refused so after the business closed he bad mouthing my name and thats not Godly and this is all i have to say about this. You decide for yourself why he would make such a effort just to bad mouth and lie about someone he knows nothing about...Bad choose of charater i will pray for him...
