Last year 2013, I bought into a time share program called Diamond Resorts international out of Vegas. I spent over $15000 and was promised vaction time and discounts. As it turns out I didnt buy anything useful according to their own people who just traveled through my home town of columbus, ohio. My wife tried to use the system to book a vacation and was informed of some of our short commings. our contract has errors and lies of usage.I was even told I cant sell or escape the trap I walked into, even at a loss.I am not happy, with myself and especially diamond. They tell me I need an additioal $13000 to make the trap some what useable. I declined and promised to get some type of satisfaction in any way possible. At this point I want to sue or get out in some form. I have not been contacted by diamond and really not expecting them to as they already got my money. Hopefully if I cant get satisfaction I can inform as many folks as gullible as myself. John F. (((redacted)))

Diamond Class Action

AUTHOR: Austin Aaronson, Esq. - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 10, 2015

I just read your complaint regarding Diamond Resorts International.  We are a law firm in Longwood, Florida who specializes in legal rescissions of timeshare contracts all over the world. At present, we are in the process of filing a class action against Diamond  in Las Vegas so we are seeking timeshare owners in the exact situation as yours.  If you are interested in speaking with us regarding this suit or getting out of your timeshare altogether, please give us a call at 407-644-1336 or email us at ds@aaronsonaustin.com or aa@aaronsonaustin.com and ask for Diane Stephens or Austin Aaronson.

Our website is located at https://aaronsonlawgroup.com

We will happy to discuss this further with you.

Please feel free to read further for more information.

The grievance expressed here reflects a very common problem that continues to frustrate many timeshare owners. Often promises are made during the sales process verbally and in glossy literature touting the opulent surroundings and accommodations in exotic locations throughout the world. However, when you finally book and travel to whatever site may be available - if anything at all - you find yourself in something less appealing. The prices that you pay annually could easily have bought you a four star resort with unlimited resort destination options. When you complain about it to the resort developer, you are directed to read the fine print in the contract full of disclaimers and waivers that purport to justify this bait and switch.  What's worse, there doesn't seem to be any way out.

You owe it to yourself to obtain sound, competent legal representation by counsel with over twenty-five years experience in contract litigation. You will be made aware of your rights in addressing the situation with professionalism and integrity. In many cases we can obtain a legal rescission of the contract so as to get you out from under that oppressive lifelong timeshare obligation. At the very least, there often exist good faith legal grounds to warrant a formal dispute invoking federal consumer law to protect your credit with the national bureaus. We'll be happy to discuss your rights free of charge at 407-644-1336. You may also visit our website at

http://www.aaronsonlawgroup.com.

At our website, you will be able to read testimonials of clients we have helped.  Once you contact our office, we will provide you with an email that includes a link wherein you can verify Mr. Aaronson's status as an attorney in Florida.  We will include the email an attachment that spells out exactly what the cost will be and the fact that we will protect your credit throughout the process.  It usually takes about 60 days to complete a cancellation.....from start to finish.

Please note that  it doesn't matter in which state you live, nor does it matter where the timeshare is located.  We are very successful in cancelling contracts throughout the U.S. and Mexico.  We have had clients from the U.S., United Kingdom and Canada.
