Here we go again John Grandchamp's HB Towing is going downhill faster then the Eskimo sled team in the dead of winter. Now that he's under investigation for countless acts of Fraud-State and Federal, Grand Theft, Tax Evasion and numerous other charges, His clients (Mainly apartment complexes that Paladin set him up with for the kick backs) are receiving letters stating if they are or have done business with HB Towing and or John Grandchamp they could and most likely will be subpoena to court and most of them are good law abiding citizens
It all started back in early 2000, John Grandchamp CEO of HB Towing was on his way home from work when he decided to stop at his favorite bar for a drink there is were he met Louis Aljens CEO of Paladin Security Sacramento Ca. John being the big mouth full of hot air blowing smoke kinda guy he is starts bragging to louis about how he just bought his first tow truck for 500.00 and is working under someone else comercial license, He proceeds to tell him he goes out late at night hooks up cars illegal parked takes them to his shop and strips them for parts, Louis told John "Your doing it all wrong your gonna get caught" "I can get you in all of my apartments and HOA's that we patrol but its gonna cost you per car you tow". John thought about it, mmmm OK and before you knew John and Louis got so drunk and wasted I couldnt even stand just watching those 2. HB Towing and Paladin Security were inseperable after that day and since security has to call a tow company before they can legally tow it Louis kept strict tabs on what John owed him. A year into this criminal enterprise they started getting greedy and would pop locks on cars parked in handicap and remove the sign hanging from there mirror so they could tow it. For those of you who don't know John Grandchamp he is the lowest life form on the face of this planet, He beats his wife constantly and rips off everyone who crosses his path even his own mother!!!! And then laughed about it.
Mr Grandchamp is losing his grip on HB Towing so he has to go underground and use other peoples name sand open a different business like KELLOGGS TOWING EQUIPMENT and REPAIR...But wait there's even more. His business which he's had for a bit WD SIGNS is another way for him to hide because too many people are after him after he ripped them all off. IF YOU HAVE OR EVER CONSIDERED TO HAVE PALADIN THEN YOUR GONNA GET HB TOWING!!! If that happens do your self a favorite and cut your wrist now!!!~!~!~
REMEMBER DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH:HB TOWING, PALADIN SECURITY, WD SIGNS AND KELLOGGS TOWING EQUIPMENT and REPAIR!!! IF YOU DO YOU GET WHAT YOU DESERVE!!!!!
NOW BELOW IS A WORD FROM OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAS EXPIEREINCED THESE 2 KNUCKLE HEADS
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
PALADIN IS THERE TO PROTECT YOU RIGHT??? NO THEY ARE THERE TO STEAL FROM YOUR HOME
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) A security guard hired to patrol a neighborhood ended up burglarizing a home while on duty and using his patrol car to haul away the goods, according to the Sacramento Sheriffs Department.
Deputies arrested 24-year-old Andre Abrams on July 6.
Abrams, a Paladin Private Security Guard, was on patrol in the Antelope area back in June after the company was hired by the Bridgefield Home Owners Association.
Deputies say on June 9, Abrams located an open garage door in the 8000 block of Walerga Avenue. Instead of protecting the home, Abrams allegedly backed up his marked patrol car into the open garage and took $8,000 worth of DJ equipment.
According to Jason Ramos of the Sheriffs Department, Abrams was arrested after he used the stolen DJ equipment at a 4th of July party for friends and family.
Abrams is being held on $50,000 bail in the Sacramento County Main Jail on three felony charges of burglary, grand theft and receiving stolen property.
He is scheduled to be in court later this morning.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxBut wait theres more!!!!
I have done some research and it does appear that both HB Towing and Paladin Security are working together to tow vehicles. This is a violation of 22658 of the California Vehicle Code section (E)(1) which states that general authorization (meaning authorizing itself to tow cars) can not be given to a tow company. A member of the HOA or private property owner must give authorization (as stated in (l)(1)(A) of the same vehicle code) to tow a vehicle. The only exception for this is if you are parked with 15 feet of a fire hydrant (at which time a picture must be taken as evidence of such infraction).
You think I was gonna stop there??? MOREEEEEEEEE'
It is against the law to not make available someones car after towing it. It is illegal to tow a car outside of 10 miles from a private property without prior authorization from jurisdictional police department. And I am charge more then a tow and 24hr stow that will also be against California Vehicle Code Section 22658. In which it states of a owner or legal representative contacts towing company within 24hrs to resolve issue, pays fine, proves they have rights to the property they will only be charged for the the tow and at max 24hr stowing.
John does all of this right under Citrus Heights Police dept & CHP's nose and laughs about it saying how ignorant they are!!!!
Who's the ignorant one now JIGGER

Nothing do to do about nothing
AUTHOR: john - (Switzerland)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, September 15, 2012
I was travelling to the US with my Swiss passport and the custom authorities thought it was a good idea to keep me waiting at the customs desk and why do I ask? Because some dude with the same name as I boar had done a felony... and I was punished because of that.
Sh*t, it was as much as I could withstand but when you think that you are innocent and haven't been involved in any crime whatsoever do you think that the same authorities give you a blank card? The only apology I got was that it was some computer mishap.
It is a traumatizing experience but am I glad not to name myself John Smith otherwise it would have been havoc. Nevertheless, I had always thought that my names were not common but was I wrong. However I think it wrong to associate names to people whilst travelling hence creating unnecessary confusion.
I know that my case is not unique and that others have or will suffer of such disambiguation, but I do think and hope that the authorities will have not compassion but understanding in the near future.
Thanks for reading me and Good bless, not only America, but our World!
