John Hoyle ripoff artist Cashed my check and never received bird. Baltimore, Maryland

In December of last year i was in the market to purchase a talking Amazon Parrot. After looking at a number of sites i came across a ad in buybelowcost.com website. It was a guy selling out his home bird business because of bad health. I contacted him about a parrot he had advertised and he sent me pictures of him along with the price of $676.00 which included the shipping. I called him on the phone and told him that i would take the parrot. On Xmas eve of last year i sent him a check for the full amount.

With the weather being cold we agreed that a spring delivery would be best to ensure the birds well being in shipping. We comunicated back and forth through the winter months.

When spring came i told him to ship the bird. He told me Chico (the birds name)had a cold and was being treated by a vet and to wait 2 more weeks which i agreed to.

When the 2 weeks was up he told me that Chico had problems and tests were being taken and he didn't know when he would be ready to ship.

With all this going on i decided i didn't want a sick bird so i told him i would like a refund of my money. In his last email to me he said no problem. He would refund my money. This was the last communication i had with him.

He blocked all my emails and hung up on me when i called his home. It has been 9 months now since i purchased the parrot and haven't received him or my $676.00. This mans name is John Hoyle of Baltimore MD. Beware of him!
