John Joseph is continuing his criminal ways: 1. Promising to secure a loan 2: Requiring up-front "Swwift fees" to pay for transfer of loan funds to your bank 3. Failing to secure loan 4. Failing to return fees and 5. Disappearing. However he has gotten even more bold. He is partnered with Joseph Jeremiah (see RipOff Report on this guy) who operated US Capital Private Bank in Hong Kong. As part of diversion (and in collusion with John Joseph) US Capital Private Bank will issue a fraudulent bank draft (my company received on for USD $80 million.) He also uses a North Carolina Law firm (Radius Law Group) as part of his scam.
The following reports have been filed: 1. FBI (notice of intent and commission of bank fraud.) 2. SEC (to update their ongoing investigation of US Capital Private Bank.) 3. State of Georgia Attorney General;s Office. 4. North Carolina State Bar to seek disbarment of Radius Law Attorney Nathan Workman.

Complaint retraction on Stellar Road and John Joseph-

Since the filing of my report Stellar Road Finacial Group and Mr. Joseph have communicated regularly and worked tirelessly to meet their obligations. Prior to filing my report, I made several erroneous assumptions regarding the parties participating in the transaction, which led to my filing. Specifically; to correct and clarify: 1. John Joseph is not a partner of David Jeremiah or US Capital Private Bank. 2. Mr. Joseph was a client of US Capital Private Bank (USCPB) and had a contract for funding offered by USCPB- Mr. Joseph did not personally issue me or my company a bank draft. 3. Mr. Joseph was offered a bank draft by USCPB due to the inability of USCPB's inability to provide a loan or loan guarantee. My bank would not accept the draft offered by USCPB; in summary Mr. Joseph is not and has not been dependent upon and is not working with US Capital Private Bank.
I have come to know Mr. Joseph and hold him in high regard.
I also withdraw all negative comments made about the Radius Law Firm.
