CONSUMER ALERT - TELEMARKETING FRAUD - ENERGY AUDIT - UNLICENSED CONTRACTOR
ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS - Have you received an unsolicited telemarketing call promising you to save money on your energy bill or lower your energy costs? Have you received this call from someone stating they were from your local power company?
The company behind this scam is Americas Green Energy Source (AGES-INC) and John L Lameira. This marketing company has wreaked havoc across the state of Florida. The ring leader Lameira (who also goes by the names John L. Varga) recruits unsuspecting sales and marketing people promising huge commissions and great benefits. NEVER HAPPENS
The company then uses these poor unsuspecting sales people to run ILLEGALLY TELEMARKETED leads using other company names to sell energy products like insulation and solar water heaters by lying to customers about financing. They sell you products for tens of thousands of dollars and promise you low monthly payments financed by Greensky Finance.
BEFORE YOU BUY from these crooks, call your local BBB and you will find they don’t have a rating and don’t have a contractor’s license and have lied their way into your home promising you thousands of dollars in government rebates.
BEFORE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT AND AGREE TO HAVE AN INSTALLATION AT YOUR HOME - Verify that the company has the proper license to perform the work at http://www.myfloridalicense.com/dbpr/ and call your local building department to see if the permit has been issued BEFORE the installation. All contractors are required by Florida Law to be registered in with the county and city where the work is being performed.
BEFORE YOU HAVE YOUR INSTALLATION COMPLETED MAKE SURE TO WAIT THREE BUSINESS DAYS so you have time to research the company and speak to family and friends. Make sure you get at least two more quotes from reputable companies BEFORE you sign the contract and DEMAND copies of all of the papers you sign.
SENIORS BEWARE - AGES-INC and John Lameira train sales people to lie to you about government rebates and incentives. If you are on a fixed income or collecting social security, you WILL NOT receive a 30% tax credit. If you are purchasing a solar system you WILL NOT receive utility rebates unless you apply for them BEFORE you have your installation completed.

Exemptions to the Law
Some unsolicited sales calls are exempt from the provisions of the law. Solicitors may make calls, when:
A prior or existing business relationship exists.
In response to an express request of the person called.
From a newspaper publisher.
In connection with an existing debt or contract.
A real estate agent responds to a yard sign or other advertisement.
Furthermore, some solicitations calls are not "telephonic sales calls" as defined in the statute because they typically are not selling a product or service. Generally, these calls are from:
Charitable organizations seeking donations.
Political candidates and political parties seeking donation.
Research or survey companies seeking an opinion.
Collection agencies trying to locate a debtor or collect on a debt.

My name is Jack Owens, I am the owner of America's Green Energy Contractors. Over the past few weeks, I have begun to receive some negative reports that have my company and another company, America's Green Energy Sourcem, associated.
America's Green Energy Contractors and America's Green Energy Source are two separate companies with no ties to one another. Please do not confuse one with the other.
I am the only owner of America's Green Energy Contractors and I have included a couple of links below that should clarify any questions you may have. The first link states clearly that I am the sole owner and the second link shows the complaint status for my company with the DBPR and, as you will see, there are absolutely NO COMPLAINTS which have been filed against my company.

I used to work for John L. Lameira at America's Green Energy Source, Inc. He ripped me off for thousands of dollars as he failed to pay me for commission I earned. There are many other sales representatives John ripped off. He is a racist, referring to me as n****r behind my back, all the while laughing his a*s off about short changing me. He is also a drug addict. He is fond of spending other people's money to support his habit.
John L. Lameira is now on a mission to destroy people and companies by spreading vicious lies, and creating b******* complaints on this website. DON'T believe anyof the crap John put up under ficticious names about any other company. Just take a look at www.ages-inc.com, and note that the company is not an accredited business with BBB.

Let me tell you something about this guy. First there are a ton of ripoff reports about this crook, i've posted them below. Second his company Renuen
Corporation is under federal investigation for a Ponzi scheme, stock fraud (they are publicly traded on the Pink Sheets at renu.pk as the
symbol. He is also being investigated by the IRS for claiming he doent have the money to pay restitution for the Police Athletic League heist
in new jersey. Oh, you didn't know? Yes Jeffrey Nemes (aka J. Charles Nemes, Jeff Nemes, Police Officer Nemes...yes he was a crooked cop)
went to prison for almost a decade. Here is some fun reading about this scammer, i'll list it below. Now here is where it gets real,
