John Larocca ARENA REAL ESTATE LLC Mice vermin on leased properties at Carlton Avenue Brooklyn New York

Jhon Larocca manages Arena Real Estate in NY, out of which buys, develp and lease properties to families like mine (wife and two kids). He owns a development of 4 townhouses in Brooklyn, Fort Green Park area. The later was leased for the first time in April 2015. Since then, all of the neighbors, including myself, have had several issues in dealing with Mr. Larocca leasing office. The last of all, a mice vermin. John Larocca's office is basically doing nothing about it, or better to say, is acting negligently. After several days placing calls and emails to his office requesting Mr. Larocca to properly address the problem I had to call and pay an exterminator myself. My contractor found evidence of the negligent work performed by the Super sent by Mr. Larocca, from missaplying poisin harmful for my family to impropper sealing of entry holes. This happened weeks ago and since then I've been emailing and calling Mr. Larocca without response. From my experience dealing with him and his office, they are the kind of people that dont address real estate problems to honor the habitability clauses in leasing contracts. Never do business with him.
