John Larsen Pres/Owner Of Camelot Modular Homes Mistreated and Ripped Off, Screwed Others Too, Slow, Half a*s, Temporary Fixes, Tricked and Lied to Us Guilford CT

After numerous attempts to complete and finish our modular home we have no other alternative but to fix and adjust all remaining jobs.

Including but not limited to the following;

Vinyl Siding (both sides)
Plumbing (1/2 bath and baseboard heat)
Carpentry (trim, stairs, entrance way (office))
Dry Wall (compounding and sanding)
Floor Boards (master bath, kitchen)

John Larsen of Camelot Modular was hired to install, finish, adjust and tweak modular home purchased by home owner from PBS Modular of Pennsylvania.

After 4 months of the modular home being set the finish work was never completed. The modular was 85% complete after being delivered and set.

Phone calls, letters, and faxes were sent to no avail.

John Larsen never called prior to showing up and didn't cover personal belongings of the homeowner before working.

John Larsen committed to work and made promises and never delivered.

Other homeowners followed John Larsen and rang my doorbell complaining of the same things
