Mr Loar's projects OWE SO MANY PEOPLE SO MUCH MONEY that it is sickening. He burns the first group and then we heard he has happily moved onto his next potential victims and new projects leaving a huge mess behind with the first group. He could care less about the mess he left behind and the harm it did to so many people. How does he sleep at nights? Mr. Loar, instead of moving onto your next fancy projects and talking to the media and taking pictures with movie stars, why don't you grow some "ETHICS" and "PRINCIPLES" and stay behind and make sure your first set of investors get paid back. I guess you would have to care in order to do that.
INVESTORS RUN!! BEWARE!! He will yell and scream and belittle you before he will pay you back, that is IF you get paid back at all. That is how he treats people. Simply awful. Karma

Through recent news reports, it would appear this very same John Loar is now in Nashville Tennessee promoting a major leaque baseball franchise concept. Nashville beware. Major league baseball investors beware. Individuals beware. Business community beware. Music stars beware. Politicians beware.
Just makes one wonder if a nobody like me can search for a name and find comments related to someone so easily, why can't media and professionals take a few minutes to do the same before posting articles or going in front of a tv camera which ends up legitimizing someone whose ideas or past methods may not be worthy of their attention?
I would encourage those who had questionable past experiences with this individual to contact Nashville media outlets to make known their past experiences.

John Loar through his investment projects has wiped out families and businesses financially and doesnt care. John is so busy worrying about his own ego and trying to fool the world that he cares about anyone other than him. He is so full of crap it is not funny. His lies and so-called projects he raised funds for wiped out so many. Yet he walks around thinking he will reign Hollywood with his new projects. He is a vulture who it appears has no conscience and will destroy anyone in his path to promote his own ego. John leaves devastation pretty much everywhere he goes. Run as fast as you can from this man. That is the best advice anyone can give.

john loar and his merry crew caused us devastation too. anyone out there who is thinking of doing business with him, RUN! Run for your lives. If he does not leave you high and dry, he will destroy you with his verbal tyriads,threats and abuse. thanks for posting. so many families and innocent victims were harmed by him and obviously he could care less. he moves on, knowing the financial destruction he has caused and has the nerve to say in the interview that he is the next big thing in hollywood. why would hollywood want you?
