Beware!! Do not work for JOHN LOMAX from FUSION thefusionway.com I feel compelled to write this to warn other sales reps of the terrible experience I had working for john lomax From fusion selling credit card processing and merchant services. I am advising you now stay away from this company!!
Lomax sold me on the position saying he was a highly experienced sales manager and that fusion was a leader in merchant services. Couldn't be further from the truth! Let me tell you. I was an independent rep for three weeks for that company and it was a terrible work experience.
Lomax said fusion offered solid training and strong back office support. Ha ha what a lie! There was no training so I basically had to figure out things on my own. I have been selling financial services for 20 years so I was able to cold call and I sold three deals In a week. They said I would get paid commissions next day Guess what? Still waiting...3 weeks. Called many times, asked to speak with john lomax. Each time he was busy And would call me back Busy really? No training and can't get my money.
if this is how you treat your employees then how do you treat your customers!
