Hello all, I took John Martin to Newport Beach Court in a small claim. Please also do your research. He scammed too many people not just me but also the owner of the land he sold to multiple people . Small claims you can’t win.

The judge who assigned to my case , Judge Guthner won’t even consider listening and looking st the proof of how he was scamming too many of us! I spoke to the financial crime Detective in San Diego. Since it’s an online transaction , I was told to go to the FBI.

John Martin need to be behind bars to pay for all of the money he took from all of us. He has a sidekick named, Ann . She contacted me twice , stating with the baloney excuses that John Matin was self employed and he fell sick for two weeks.

He had use same excuses to another buyer . Where he says he fell sick for a month and that self employed . We all need to get together ! He is a professional scammer .

He loves to spend other people hard earned money for his own lifestyle. I looked back on EBay and he loves buying stuff for his car. Taking him to small claim is not helping you or me.

Taking this to FBI agent will stopped him from stealing to others or possible victims. Please let’s all get together and file the complaint to FBI. HE NEEDS TO BE BEHIND BAR!
