This is his response, as there is no signed agreement:

Honestly, I'm quite confused as to what you actually wish to accomplish here.
First off, I do not agree that my program is at fault. I quit my job 4 years ago and
been living off YouTube since then and all I teach is exactly what I do in my business.
Here's a reminder of our agreement.Guarantee:

Inspired Marketer JMM Ltd agrees to refund 100% of the mentoring fee within 6

months of the end of the program, under the following conditions:

- The Candidate has NOT generated a minimum of $50,000 in revenue, between

January 09 th 2017 and January 09th 2018 by following John Michael’s advice

in FULL.

Stopping the program after 6 months is not in the above conditions Werner, which means

not following my advice in FULL.

Nevertheless, because we empathize your health condition and, find it very hard

to coach you if you do not wish to follow my advice, I decided to forget the agreement
and refund you anyway so we could just end this whole matter in peace.

From your replies though, it seems that my gesture is not appreciated. Even our

agreement mentions 'refunds will be received within 6 months of the end of the
program' and not as client demands.

At this stage, I honestly don't know what else to say or do. I see you have a lot of

anger within you Werner and what you think will make you feel better is posting online,
which we cannot stop you from doing (either we refund you or not).
So if that's what you wish to do then do so.

I really do hope though that one day you'll let go of all this anger that in the end

makes you suffer (and those surrounding you) and find peace within....

I send you my best wishes to get well soon and may God bless you and your family.

And this is my response;

This is not a firm agreement, you're wasting time by making an agreement that has no dates and promises, hence have no option but to continue with my said promise to you.

We both lose, just because of your shiny program that does not work for everybody and stresses me out!

I'll take the route of least resistance, know that you'll keep your arrangement, agreed to pay but on your terms and admit that your program is at fault!

You took my money, took my job with a promise, and all you care is about your situation!

Your asking to place this online, I'll do so!

Gave you a discount, better dates to repay and still will not commit, but I will go online with this matter, for sure!

This situation you're now in is on you!

This was a promise that did not want to resolve itself, hence needed some action. I took action by getting a solicitor involved and suddenly the agreement was honoured!
