John Miller, said he worked for Federal Express World and World Express ripoff called me informing me that i won 4th place in an australian sweepstates Kingto Jamica Wisconsin

I got a call from a John Miller stating that he worked for federal express and he was trying to locate me because i had won a prize in the autralian sweepstakes in the amount of 2.5million dollars. he then requested that i call him back on sat. oct.18th 2003 at 9am so that he can get my address verified so that federal express can deliver to me that day, well i called back this number 1-876-333-3897 John Miller,and spoke to John Miller again and he informed me that yes i had won 4th place in the australian sweepstakes in the amount of 2.5 million dollars he told me that they had the check for a week to verify it to make sure it was not a fake.

At this time he told me he was working for world express. He then proceeded to give me a registration number, a check number and the names of the 2 people who were delivering this to me one which was a david rowe and someone with the last name if davis. I then asked for a tracking number so that i can call federal express and make sure the imformation he has given me was correct. He hesitated and asked me why would i wanta tracking number. At this time i knew this was a scam but i let him continue he then proceeded to ask me if i had 3000.00 dollars in the bank and when i said no, he told me it would cost 599.00 dollars to deliver the check to me , by the way he already said the world express truck had left at 6am that morning to reach me by 10:45.

I then told him he was full of it and to never call my number again. This man along with all the rest of the people should be punished for what they are doing to other people for pleasure and to rip them off.

There has to be a law to stop this. I was a victum and i have the no call list and privacy direct and his call still came thru. I am reporting this because i plan on pressing charges against this man and the company or other people he work for. He said he was here in kentucky but i beleive he is in wiscousin
