John Moore Plumbing Did not fix our plumbing problem, But give us big bill Houston Texas

I am so glad to find this rip off report site, I have been so depress over the service that we received from John Moore plumbing department. I’m telling you that I cry every time I have to clean up the water that is still backing up in my home after being charged $ 8500.00 for what we thought would repair our problem. The John Moore Rep Josh told us that a pipe under our slab was the reason our plumbing was backing up, that the pipe was install wrong before, and they needed to change it. My husband and I was so happy to know they would fix our sewage problem. We give them the go ahead and got it finance to do so. Well that did not help the sewage, it was still backing up.

Two days later after the plumbing service was done I call them back out and they power jet the pipes and did some more research, The John Moore rep said we see what the problem is your sewage lines are holding water, you have bellys in your pipes, and need all the sewage lines replaced, it is a major issues. To make a long sorry short he give us a quote sheet of $28,599.67, and we ask him why did he not do that in the first place before making us pay $8500.00 for what he said was our problem. He changed his story to the reason he changed the pipe under our slab was so they could find our problem with there camera. Wow!! you mean to tell me you sit in our living room and said to us it will cost $8500.00 to change a pipe under our slab so that you could see with your camera what was wrong with our sewage pipes. Come on now, do that really make sense to you. Well he stuck to that reason.

We than call in a compliant to John Moore, and the same guys came back out to change some pipes in the front yard that done no good., my husband and I have no reason why that was done in the front yard. I do know they are going around the real problem on purpose to get more money $28,599.67 out of us. So I will just keep mopping the water up off my floors, and cry about it until I can get $3200.00 saved for a plumber that said he will replace the pipes, take care of the real problem for my husband and I. We was ripped off by John Moore, I can't get nobody to understand our side of the problem at John Moore because the Representive Josh keep telling differant liars to cover up his mistake. We still got the same sewage problem we had before John Moore came into our life plus a big bill.
