Quality home and pest inspections ripoff house inspector misses thousands of dollars of dangerous electrical work and deathwatch beatles among others things

2 years ago John Myers owner of Quality home and pest inpections.surveyed a house for me in Everett. I bought the home on the premice of this inspection and talked to Mr. Myers about approx. how much the things he had reported would cost to put right.

On bringing in contractors and handy men. Over a period of time I learned of the many expensive oversights in the inspection. Including dangerous electrical. Rot and deathwatch beetles in the foundations. A chimney with many defects and a danger of fire.

Many smaller things also came to light. I Had another inspection to confirm this. Also the ministry of agriculture who supply the Pest licence did a pest inspection and found grose oversights. He was informed and asked to put it right. I had contacted Mr. myers on a number of occasions and was ignores.

I then got a letter sent via an attorney. The case was handed over to an insurance co. They since turned down the claim and said that he was not covered for the above. Mr. Myers has I belive bonding.

He has made no effort to make good the misery and expence he has caused over a 2 year period I am still trying to get some compensation. I am a single woman working hard to own a home. What I dreamed to have a safe happy place to live has become a nightmare....
