John P. Kinsley is a scam artist.

What he and his wife AMY does, is they take your money initially to do masonry work or landscaping work, and they complete a portion of the job quickly and in a great manner, then they ask for another round of money, but what happens is that they pocket that money and write bad checks to all of the people and suppliers that they do business with.  So it appears as they they are buying lots of material and trying their best to complete the job when all they are doing is taking your money.

Then they will make up some rediculous excuse as to why they cannot complete the job and try to hit you with outrageous extra expenses all the while threatening to lien your property for work he hasn't completed! 

Please stay away from these scumbags.  These two are the people who give legitimate contractors a bad name.

Also, he is not licensed and represents that he is.
