John R. Smith bought a house from me and signed a contract to pay off an owner financed mortgage in full after one year and receive interest only payments for the first year. I was to receive the full payment on the one year anniversary. He did not pay and I spent 3 years trying to collect. Filed and won an order and judgment in August this year against him for damages and expenses to the home as well as rental value of the home while in his possession. The damage to the house was so bad I have had to totally remodel the entire house so that it could be put back on the market. He advertised in the newspaper under "We buy houses" with his phone number 479-876-2288. Now I have an order and judgment but no payment has been received from John R. Smith even with the court order.
