John Ralph Simone Jr J & K Towing & Recovery Ripped off money paid for a 2004 F150 pickup truck Port St. Lucie Florida

 On Oct. 14,2015, I had my bank issue a check for amount of US$2350.00 to John R Simone being full payment and delivery of a green Ford F-150 four door pickup truck. John R Simone was to have delivered the truck to my freight forwarder in Ft. Lauderdale Fla by Friday Oct. 16, 2015. To date he has not done so, has indicated that he won't do it. He had promised to return my money but still has not even done that. He refuses to take any calls from me nor answer my text messages despite hundreds of efforts I have made to contact him. I have text messages directed to me from him d.d. 25&26 of Oct. 2015 where he said he would return my money, but has not done so and does not take my calls. I want my money back in full.
