In november 2014 my door was open, and a woman who was driving too close to the street was not paying attention to the road and hit my door.  This was not my fault.  It went thru arbritration, i was not invited to defend myslelr, and suddenly I was being surcharged for an accident i did not cause.  The agent is schitzophrenic, he stinks, he needs a bath.  He does little to nothing to help you.  I dropped allstate and now save over half.  They cut of their noses to spite their face.  The b**** lied said i opened my door to traffic, and it was already open, i was picking up oranges from the floor of the car, no one EVER asked me what happened, not even the police, i took allstate's advice and kept my mouth shut.  Biggest mistake i ever made.  I would not go with them if they paid me to do so.  The agent promised to get back to me about the surcharge, and never did.  Thats professionalism.  This agent needs to go.  I really should get the surcharge back, seeing it wasnt my fault, but i won't hold my breath.  Allstate is a HORRIBLE company.  I was ready to insure 2 more cars and a 200,000 dollar house with them thank god this happened
