Went to a John S. Bush, PA for assitance in a transaction. What I got was nothing but regrets.
After giving him $5,000 retainer and many months, I began questioning his work, he was supposed to complete a simple spreadsheet, when asked about it, he requested more money. Then a few months later he sent a letter saying he never represented me, but represented another party, even though we had a signed contract.
I sued John Bush and his accounting firm for inducement to commit fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fidicuary trust.
Under oath in court, Bush testified he never accepted the contract, even though he requested more money on the same contract. Still even though an appeals court adjudicated the matter stating in fact he was retained by me in the matter, he still denies this and will not turn over documents he still has in possesion.
As it turns out, my partner (at the time) and myself, who also used John Bush for the same matter, was forced to sign over a mortgage to Bush to pay for their fees, but what claimed to be a $20,000 debt, tunred out to be a $150,000 mortgage.
Who goes to an accountant and ends up losing their house over an accounting fee? Only a dishonest and deceitful accountant such as John S. Bush would do this. He is awful, a bottom feeder, not worth a penny.
From my own expierance, Bush didn't know the difference from an accrurial basis to a cash basis, a debit from a credit, adheres to no basic accounting principles, and probably doesn;t know the difference from his asset to a hole in the wall. Get the picture!

The name of the attorney is Larry France, not frances....he and John Bush lied about a mortgage they had on the home of their own client to secure their fees....taking advantage and then concealing the mortgage to Judge Robert O. Collins

Besides going after the accountant on his divorce and the accountant's wife, he has gone after the wife of the deceased attorney, Larry Franaces. He was only dead for a month, before he preyed on her and demanded over $100,000. He has been preying on her under the name MrLAFPA (which happens to be the Initials of his wife's deceased divorce atty Larry A Frances, PA , Who does that? If he was a cleaver guy, he would have recognized talent when he saw it and hired the same team to help rebuild his life. Instead of blaming others for his mistakes and preying on them. Todd can not even get his facts correct, because he lies. The social security number in doing his additional research on John S. Bush, as a convicted felon isn't John Bush the CPA at all, but a different John Bush. Check that out.
Along with being an Internet Predator and blackmailer for the past 6 years, another past time he has is that he hires attorneys and puts up a small retainer, works their butts off and doesn't pay. The name ToddNadrich has become an after hours joke in the legal circles in Broward County. Cronyism is very strong in this area.

Daily, he writes reports on Rip Off Report.com, sends out hate faxes, and stocks his prey online , composes made up negative stories along with stocking their homes. He preys on the ones he feels has screwed up his life. He blames others for his own mistakes. JohnBush was the accountant in his divorce. Once you search his name, you will notice that he is an Internet Predator and has been for 6 years. He writes that " it was discovered that he is a convicted felon, check it out yourself" The social security number on this convicted felon isn't John S. Bush, the CPA he is whining about, but some other John Bush. The name is common. Search that. These actions can land him back in jail. If you know this person, be very aware and scared. I myself, have reported him to the police, out of fear. I am one of his victims.
