John Smith from The AutoLoan Network ( every other call that I answer his name is something different, and not a very common name for someone with a thick Indian Accent) AutoLoan Network claiming that I had filled out an application online and I was approved for a $20,000 loan to purchase a new vehicle, Providence Rhode Island

The AutoClub Network people, or person, with a super thick Indian Accent continue to call me anywhere from 10-12 times a day for the last several months. They say I filled out an application online for a new car, and that I was approve for $20,000, and asked what kind of car do I want? I told them I did not fill out an application and that I don't want nor do I need a new car... They get really persistent and say you don't need any money up front and can have low monthly payments spread out to what is comfortable for me... 

I have asked this peron several times to quit calling me. I tell him I have never applied for a loan online, I do not want a new car, and that I do not have a job how can I be approved for a loan I did not apply for and can not make any sort of monthly payment?  He will then say a few vulgar words at me and hang up..

I do not know how to make them quit calling me short of changing my number. Today I yelled in the phone and said to quit calling me, I hung up and I called him back, and he must have a caller ID of some kind because he said my name and hung up on me... I descided to harass him and I called him about 10x's in a row, I waited 15-20 minutes and called again. I did this about 5-6 times. He was mumbling in a foreign language but would pick up wait a few seconds and hang up...

I just want these scam artist to quit calling me. They have told me to just give them my SS# and pick out a car... NOT..... I am not going to apply for auto loan online anyway, and I would hope NO ONE would ever talk to someone over the phone, especially who can not speak really good English, and apply for any kind of loan and give any kind of personal information...

It has become way to easy for these con-artist to sit on their $!&@" and steal from hard working people just trying to make ends meet... I would love to see these people face to face. It has become to easy for them to get cocky when online or on the phone ...
