Ordered product on line once. Received product. Subsequently, a monthly charge appeared on my credit card statement indicating new transactions.

I have emailed the company and never received a response. I am still be charged every month for no product or service.

I have contacted my credit card company to report the charges and disputed the transactions.

I have been notified today by my credit card company that they are unable to pursue the dispute any further and requested that I contact the company directly.

I ordered the product (cigarettes) in January of 2004. I was charged twice for the transaction in January. I contacted the company via email in February to query being charged for 2 transactions, although only one transpired. No reply. I have been charged for 8 months by this (these) company(ies) and cannot contact them by phone (a recording state that I cannot make the call from my area code). I will continue to be billed on my credit card until the issue is resolved, however, I cannot resolve an issue when I receive no replies to my emails, some of the emails have been returned indicating no address exists and I cannot make connection via telephone.
