It would be wonderful if we could satisfy everybody and have every customer be happy, but this is not always possible.

Mr Edgar Rakhamimov of Internetstorenewyork  is a case in point

He attempted to purchase from me a compact flash card on EBay, in fact he did, however when I realized that he did not want to pay
 the sales tax on the item, I reported it to EBay and closed his transaction and refunded him his entire payment.

Any of us can buy from whomever we like to, provided the seller wishes to sell to us,and that goes for any store in the world, as a consumer
you have the right to buy any place you like and the seller has the right to sell to whoever they want to. Its a simple right all of us enjoy. Does it make sense?

I became suspicious of Mr Rakhamimov after research online and based on his refusal to pay sales taxes and suspicions drawn from previous sellers I read about via Google.

a simple Google search shows only Mr Rakhamimov's one 1 complaint at this time.

As to MrEdgar Rakhamimov allegations:
 He alleges that johncline is selling stolen property, question remains that since MrEdgar Rakhamimov never in fact received any item from johncline
it is curious to wonder how MrEdgar Rakhamimov determined this? He never point in fact received any items from johncline at all!  Since johncline refused to sell to him.

He alleges that johncline is a tax fraud, question remains if MrEdgar Rakhamimov refused to pay taxes on the item of which he wished to purchase from
johncline, doesn't this point towards MrEdgar Rakhamimov as evading taxation?

point in fact MrEdgar Rakhamimov never received any item at all from johncline at all. there was no transaction that occurred.

 We do not wish to cast any allegations, only to point out in all fairness all the facts for you the consumer to peruse, in the end, as a consumer you have the right to choose from
who you buy from based on sound judgment with "price and value" in mind.
