Don't use John's car service. He is unethical and I had contracted him to pick me up from Miami and which he did and then I had never contracted him to drop me off, however he was sneaky and asked the date of our return home and then he said we had a contract. Which is unheard of,since I did not make any contract to pick up since I wasnt sure if we were going on standby and he sent me a harassing letters to my office by fax which he researched to get the information from and called and said he was going to call all my bosses and tell them what type of person I was for not accepting him sending me a bill for services that I did not use and he made a rude comment about my persian boyfriend and when I asked if he was a racist, he said yes. All this harassment because of $70.00 I do not owe him. It's not the money, its the principle now and I don't owe him this money and will not pay. He is racist and I have his message harassing me at my office saved. do not use John's limo service at 954-303-8747. I would rather pay $100 extra if I were you and use another company that is ethical

The accusing of the owner of Johns Car Service as a racist is RIDICULOUS!!!

Dear Sirs,

I've read the report of "Vivikandie" Los Angeles, submitted, 5/28/2008 - modified 7/27/2008.

This report is fantasy from the beginning to the end. - I KNOW the owner of Johns Car Service, doing business with him for over 2 years. He has never shown any signs of racism or any unethical ways of doing business with anyone! Surely not with me!

John Steele is a straight, hardworking business man and business owner, working with utmost ethical substances and being as polite and nice as one can be.

When he had picked me up from the Airport after my flight was delayed for hours! Mr. Steele has never shown any sign of impatience or impoliteness of any kind and was at the Airport on time! Even though I had to call him several times since we didn't know when my flight from New York would finally leave, Mr. Steele has taken every single call, has even comforted me and surely accepted my apologies!
He helped me in every possible way and promised me to be always there for me whenever I needed him to drive me! A promise he well kept!

Mr. John Steele does not deserve anyhow to be slandered like this!

If "Vivikandie" from Los Angeles would say the truth about what really happened, she would not have to stay anonymus, right? Why, Lady, don't you show your email in the open then and give us the chance to contact you? PROVE you're saying the truth! Because I guess we all know you don't!

It would be only fair to take this false report of hers off this Site since it is nothing else than a downright lie!

I am still doing business with Johns Car Service, in the meantime I am this companies' WebMistress and John Steele has always been proven a perfect Gentleman and sincere Business Man.

Please use this company and find out for yourself. You will find out his Services are excellent!

Florida Law stipulates that verbal agreements regarding pre-arranged livery trasportation constitute a contract. It is also stipulated that such contracts are enforceable and payment is due unless an 24 hour notice if given.

Vivan Goldberg contacted John's Car Service LLC thru airportservice.com in early May 2008 to be picked up at Mia for limousine service to the Ritz Carlton Hotel on Miami Beach on Friday, May 9th. She and her companion were picked up in a timely manner even though their flight was delayed. They were taken to the Hotel, they were very happy with the service, they gave me a nice gratuity along with their fare and then arranged with me to pick them up again on Monday, May 12th, at 3:30 pm for return limousine service from the Ritz Carlton back to Mia. There is a specific request for round trip transportation on her inquiry that airportservice.com has on record. On Monday, May 12th, 2008 I arrived at the Ritz Carlton at 3:15 pm to take them back to Mia. I waited almost an hour phoning her cell several times. I parked the car and went into the hotel in search of them. While I was calling her cell I kept getting messages indicating she was on the other line. This indicates to me she was fully aware that I was calling because I had given her my card. I drove the distance from my residence in Davie, Florida to Miami Beach which is 32 miles to be on time and fullfill our verbal contract regarding her return transportation request. And I waited almost an hour in the hope that they might be delayed and would be coming out shortly. All she had to do was call me even a few hours prior to her pre-arranged pickup and say "John, we won't be needing your services".
She did not such thing. Vivian Goldberg then compounded her lack of ettiquete by making up stories of racism and calling me sneaky. These are complete and utter fabrications. Why would I even consider such remarks? She is mad because I contacted at her at her office because she would not respond to repeated phone messages requesting payment. I drove over 65 miles wasting time, money and effort. And she is compounded the felony by making false accusations on this and another website. I have build a sterling reputation in this industry over a ten year period one customer at a time. I am favorably mentioned numerous times on websites like tripadvisor.com and cruisecritic.com. Why? Because I do whatever it takes to make customer happy and hopefully have them use my service again or refer others to me. This woman has tarnished my good reputation and these lies she has written should be taken off your site. Thank you. John Steele
