I took my vehicle to John's Custom Paint & Body about 9 months when they were on northwest highway here in dallas for a paint job and about 5 months after THE PAINT ON MY CAR STARTED TO PEEL, and my car started to turn a different color. I then went back to Mr. Durant located at the time at 11818 northwest highway, and no one was there the name was changed on the building and this company couldn't be found so i found them online and they changed locations or something.
I then took my car to that location and talked to the same guy who took care of me the first time, he then informed me that this was another john's custom and not the sameone. i was so furious i then asked to speak with the manager, the manager came; a John Durant and stated that there is not any records of me taking my car there.
I don't know what type of scam this business is running but someone has to put an end to it, so i will be calling my local congressman BECAUSE I FEEL THAT THESE GUYS TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME BECAUSE I AM WOMAN WHO JUST HAPPENS TO BE WHITE., and by the way i went to maaco and they fixed my vehicle right. A word of advice don't take your vehicle there and if you do make sure to get a receipt.
