I ordered their "All Purpose Rinse Free Cleaning Spray" on 01/22/20. I paid via Pay Pal, and the transaction went right through right away. It is now 02/10/20 and I haven't received the order. I emailed Johnson Gadgets 3 times for an ETA and received the identical response "Your Order Is Being Processed". I then sent 2 additional emails requesting a refund and got the same response "Your Order Is Being Processed".

Long story short. I'm probably not getting my order or a refund. There is no phone listing I can find for them or an address. Bottom line, I got ripped off. If anyone is thinking about purchasing anything from Johnson Gadgets, for God's sake please don't. Keep you money.

With paypal. I ordered something as well and have not received it so I opened a grievance with paypal. I will be cancelling this order if not received by the end of the week - if that does not work I will contact my bank and I suggest you do the same.
