Johnson Law Group LLC Not a credit to the credit counseling profession Las Vegas Nevada

To anyone out there looking to get out of debt. Do not use the Johnson Law group!!!! All they are good for is to get you into more financial trouble. I listened to they sales pitch and it sounded great in 3 years I would be out of debt. They stated that they would work with me to resolve my credit problems and help me change my approach to managing my money. A year later I am $9000 deeper in debt and I have 3 law suits filed against me. They don't tell you that you can expect the sheriff to serve you papers!!! In fact when I was served and I did as I was told, I sent a copy to them to reveiw, they never called back! I called and they said that they nevergot either the fax or the mailed copy. After I informed them that I had a signature, that they had recieved the registered mailed copy. they miraculously found my letter.
Their response was to just drag their feet and give vague responses. This I was told was to buy time for a settlement......B.S. They never miss collecting my money and they keep telling me that this is an unusual case that credit card compnies want to settle for less......B.S. I am now at a point that I have no real money to settle these large claims. After 1 year my pool of money is only $4800 but the law suits amount to $39000. The last conversation with Johnson Law Group they told me we are looking at wage garnishment and a lein on my home.
I told them that this was not anything like what they had told me at the start. Their response was "OH WELL ALL CASES ARE DIFFERENT". I told them I felt I needed to consider bankrupcy at this time. Well they jumped right on that and offered to start the proceedings of this for a new set of fees! No thank you.
I am now poorer and a little wiser and I am seeking Bankrupcy help from a respected local law firm.
