I am being constantly harassed by Johnson Morgan and White concerning a debt that is in dispute and is not valid. They have offered to settle for several different amounts that oscillate from $9,000.00 to $1200.00. I have repeatedly told Mr Johnson both verbally and through emails that the debt is not valid however he continues to contact me sporadically attempting to scare me into paying the charges. He is ignorant as to what he is attempting to collect for and cannot recall the previous offers that he presented to settle for.
Today I was contacted by Mr Bryan Morgan from (561) 241-2500 inquiring as to why I have refused to pay the 9,000.00 that he wants. I explained to him that the charges were disputed and I will not pay them. He then stated that the State attorney generals office would be contacted immediately and that I would be arrested for Grand Theft due to the amount of the charges in dispute.
Mr Bryan Morgan has violated the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
