Johnson Riddle and Mark First Financial Investment (fund) (holdins) I was sued and judgement filed after promised that if I made payments they would not go to court Draper, Utah

I was served a summons to appear in civil court over an HSBC credit card debt bought by First Financial Investment Fund II, LLC. I contacted them and made arrangements to pay them a chunk of money at that time and then make 150.00 monthly payments evey month there after until I could offer them a settlement. With this they promised that they would not proceed with the civil suit. It would be stalled/put on hold as long as I was making payments.

I went along for 3-4 months making my payments over the phone-they still will not send my anything in writing, no statment or record of my payments-nothing. This am woke to a letter saying there was a judgment against me and I now owe thousands more than before. They told me not to worry-they will not garnish my wages if I continue to pay blah blah blah.

They did not even apply the money I had paid them towards my judgment amount. I cannot trust what they say and fear they will take my monthly payments not apply them and then turn around and go after my wages as well. I'm scared!

I found upon investigation that they are connected with Johnson Riddle and Mark and a John H Wilkinson attorney as well also in Utah-I have filed a complaint with my state AG the FTC and contacted our city newspaper- the Oregonian.
