Penny Jolley owns and operates a pet grooming salon. She is the only licensed groomer there, and lets you believe that she will be doing the grooming. In fact she is also running a grooming school and training students with yours and my pets. This fact is not disclosed. The students are paying for this school and she is charging full grooming prices to unsuspecting customers. What is really so bad about this is the quality of the work. My pets were cut and bleeding. One dog was sheared so close on his stomach that he developed a terrible rash. I had to take him to the veterinarian for medication. Also their nails were  badly cut. So close to cause bleeding.One nail was almost completely gone. I can't disclose where I got this information but it seems to be common knowledge after I started complaining to some people about how disappointed I was with the service. They were also kept there all day when I brought them in for their morning appointment.No explanation was given for them not being finished until 5pm. It's just not right to expose our beloved pets to untrained people when sharp instruments who may cause real harm. I really felt I was taken.
