This company is terrible. I ordered British food from them a couple of years ago and experienced major shipping issues. Ordered in plenty of time and the order went out last minute and did not make in time for Christmas. I just hung up the phone with them due to not one but two missing orderder. My order that was placed the first week of December is still sitting in their warehouse. They said that they could ship it out today and they did not offer to ship it overnight in time for Christmas? I had to cancel the order. No mince pies and Christmas cake for us this Christmas. Thanks Jolly Grub butt heads! Customer service is terrible, they sent no shipping tracking information to me. I called on Friday of last week and left my phone number for someone in customer service to call me. No one returned my call. I had to track them down today. I will never order from this "Shoddy" company again. I have already found an on line replacement for them.
