Jomar Association Bernie's Wright Property mgr not mangaging property, lies to owners and uses senile board excuse for neglect Tempe, Arizona

According to multiple vendors Jomar and Berne wright have been lying and covering up for board president' financial spending reports. Plus vendors say certain owners are blacklisted and the property she neglects to manage is selectively ruined except for the Hoa board member's homes. She charges for services not rendered like a freezing pool owners pay to heat. Jo mar hands out checks to board members without receipts and no 1099 IRS forms are filed . Jo mar refuses to give owners financials on where their money goes. There is no newsletter and owners are being robbed by a corrupt property mgmt co like Jomar. They don" t hire exterminators for common areas and we have roof rats and scorpion problems. They do not even call public sanitation and owners have to snake and plunge without putting toilet paper down. Shelly holland and Berne wright have ignored all complaints by owners who pay them. Selective violation enforcement runs Willd on the blacklisted few. No American flags allowed a federal offense, no satellite another federal offense per Hughes statute. No one is now allowed to own a pick up truck or it will be towed off the property. False advertising re:a heated pool that we pay to heat yet Jomar lies and turned the heat off and claims broken heaters 3 times. The pool vendor said no broken heaters its a lie. Dogs have been poisoned and are being banned from walking on leashes. Owners are told they have to keep them indoors at all times including when they need to relieve their bladders. The Hoa senile president charges all owners for old dusty boxes he claims to keep in his garage. Jomar backs anything he wants even if it is illegal. They take no calls and ignore the property they are paid$232.00 per month to manage. The Hoa is crooked and all board members have clandestine secret meetings to change all rules behind owners backs. The president assaulted two owners and threatened them in public to move and sell b/c they know oh his complicity w/ Jomar and Bernie wright who is a cover up queen for all illegal activity. Jomar is owned by associa in Dallas tax and the also are complicit in illegal activities backing Jomar across the country but associate is owned by a congressman...conflict of interest.???????????
